Request for Proposals (RFP): WorkWell NYC Evaluation Services


The Fund for Public Health in New  York (FPHNY) , on behalf of NYC DOHMH is requesting proposals from qualified vendor(s) with experience in survey development, administration, data collection, data analysis and report and recommendation development to develop a program evaluation model and assess the current strategy and effectiveness of WorkWell NYC to date.

 

WorkWell NYC is New York City’s (NYC) workplace wellness program, serving more than 380,000 employees of NYC agencies. WorkWell NYC provides convenient workplace based programming and tools to Eat Well, Be Well, Move More, and Take Action to improve health.

 

The work associated with this RFP will allow WorkWell to evaluate and strengthen program reach and efficacy. Organizations with an evidence-based approach to addressing the structural and cultural barriers to good health and driving progress toward health equity are encouraged to apply. Eligible organizations may include Universities, Academic Medical Centers, Research Institutions, and other public health entities.
