The Fund for Public Health in New York City (FPHNYC), on behalf of the Harlem Neighborhood Health Action Centers, is currently accepting proposals from organizations in East Harlem (Community District 11) to promote community health. Health in Action Grants are designed to support local projects that increase access to affordable, healthy food, enhance the built environment for health, improve linkages to services that support lifestyle changes, and/or bolster economic opportunity.
Funding for this opportunity is generously provided by the New York State Health Foundation and Mount Sinai.
